A Taste of Edmonton, is an annual 10-day festival held in Edmonton, Alberta, usually near the end of July. It is considered to be the largest food tasting festival in all of Western Canada. Last year, over 500,000 visitors attended. It runs in conjunction with Capital Ex, and the Edmonton INDY.
The Festival takes place at Sir Winston Churchill Square.

In 2011, it was announced that the festival would be extended to 10 days from the previous one week. The festival would open after the capital ex parade, for those looking for things to do after the festival.
